Their food is so good and the staff is so nice. I highly recommend the Caesar salad, fried scallops, rump steak, stuffed clams or buffalo cauliflower (special).
I Love the Satuit Tavern. A couple of requests/suggestions from a devoted customer. Please open for lunch a couple of days a week. Also, add Chicken Francese and the loaded nachos to the regular menu.
Service was fantastic, food was very generous and delicious. And it wasn't loud. We had the cup of chowder, which was really served in a small bowl; I had whole belly clams which were fried and perfectly cooked. There are enough there to fill a bucket! The fries were good, but I had no room to eat them, and the onion rings were good. My husband had the fried fish sandwich and we also had the stuff to go hogs, which were mostly breadcrumbs, but it was still tasty. Our server was excellent, with a very good attitude and very efficient - she was serving a lot of tables
The Clam rolls and Lobster rolls are always the best! The staff is friendly and helpful.
Consistent in quality service, food and expectations. It's a great family spot at a reasonable price. It's not mystery why you have to get there early even off season. It's my number 1 spot!

It was busy as usual but just a 20 minute wait at 6:15 on a Saturday night. The calamari was ok.. a bit chewy and no tentacles which we enjoy more than just rings. The fries and broiled seafood platter were delish and perfectly cooked. My stew was also yummy. The portion was huge and tasty. I brought 2/3's of it home it was so much. Had a house wine and a beer with our meals. Jill was our server and she was spot on.. these gals run their butts off taking care of all the patrons in a timely fashion. You can tell that most of them are seasoned servers. So happy to see the Satuit Tavern doing a great job! Thank you to everyone who makes this place what it is.
Fabulous seafood. Had the baked stuffed cod with rice and squash. Excellent. Stuffing was very tasty. Good portion.
Didn't have the food. Hostess was nice and let me use the bathroom. Very nice bathroom. I pooped from 6:36 to 6:45. It was a well sized bowel movement. Thank you Satuit Tavern!
This is a local gem. Born out of the destruction of the Blue Mooring in the 90's?!! There is so much to choose from here. A quick beer at the bar with some (GREAT) New England clam chowder, pizza, calzone, burger whatever! You can also sit in the dining area and feast on some broiled or fried seafood, great wings or surf and turf! My favorites here are the Tavern Fried Shrimp or the Chicken Parm calzone. Everything is served by a joyous crew that works as a team! (Well oiled machine). Eat in or take away! Get there early and don't be fooled by the employees parking out on the front lawn!
